Bad service.Hour wait

Today 23-12-2017 I visited KFC mall of Africa at 15:00 I ordered a lunch meal.Order number 379, I was with my sister and she placed a order after me. After 15 min my sister got her order,I then stood at the counter hoping my order will be called as it had disappeared from the order screen. I asked Sharon to check the order for me but she was nt so keen,I stood again for another 15 Minutes with no help and no feedback, I then requested they cancel the order as I couldnt wait this long for food. The lady then gave me R50 cash ng considering I had swiped my debit card which has charges for the transaction. Bad service indeed with no feedback as to what is the delay.
