Bad service wrong items

Went to kfc bloed mall and was assisted by a lady called khensani. I placed and order and before she could process it for payment I asked her to change it and she refused and advised that they do not do that at the store. After advising her that I wont make payment for the order that I do not want she called in the manager to void the order. I eventually gave her my order and she processed it right but i did not receive the items that I placed. Whats worse is that the lady that gives the food checks the items before giving the customer. I received hot/spicy food and I have ulcers and do not take that kind of food. It is disappointment.
