Bad Service, Wrong food, slow and horrible!

I went to KFC Bothasig, Western Cape on Sunday the 08 February 2015.<br> <br> I placed a order (ORDER NUMBER 156) of 2 original twister wraps with cheese, 2 medium sprinkle pops, 2 medium chips, a colonel burger, gravy and mash and 1 snack burger. <br> <br> First of all, I received the wrong order, when I returned home I had realized they had left out the 1 sprinkle pops and the snack burger, which means two of my family members who were visiting that day were going to be without any food as I had no petrol in my car to return back to KFC at the time. <br> <br> My food was cold when I received it at the KFC as well, and as usual everyone knows that the KFC in Bothasig is EXTREMELY slow like always, I waited over 25 minutes for my food. <br> <br> I frequently go the Bothasig KFC as it is close by to where I stay, I have often and i mean OFTEN had similar problems with them, but this for me was my ultimate blow, I am extremely disappointed of always receiving cold food, disgusting attitude from staff who don't care how long you wait and that are really slow! <br> <br> I will from now on rather drive 10 minutes further to go to another take away place<br> <br> Thanks<br> Daniella <br>
