Bad Service (Worst in a while)

<p>We ordered food in KFC umhlanga then 15 minutes later when we went to request the food only then we were told there is a delay on the chicken. Our total wait time from purchase was 31 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very bad and we were not the only customers. Atleast inform the customer before the purchase</p>
