Bad service worst ever

I went to them last night to get some food got to the drive thru the intercom is not working places your order it took about 20 min to move one car I google there nr and called them to find out if they are still alive and operating the lady said yes they are open and is operating when I got to the first window it is closed I stood there for about another 15 minutes no movement every one started to get impatient i jump the pavement to go to the front door to here what is happening most of the staff was sitting and have lunch all at the some time I knocked on the door they someone come and said I must go to drivethr I she walked around I then knock harder to draw there attention the next moment it looked like a black friday special everyone run to the back of the shop a small guy come out and ask me what my problem is I then ask him a problem.I told him I stood in the a for about 40 min to buy food for the family and it a drive thru it is not supposed to take more than 10 min from order to pickup depending on your order. He also told me to go back to the drive thru and wait my turn I then told him the service is up to **** I got in my car I had they had to settle for pizza's and the card machine is was also not working.

This is not the fisrt time something happend the icecream machine is always broken we are a big family so I always buy kfc family backets and icecream for the kiddies as a treat. They news to step up or close down the service is just getting worse and worse.
