Bad service with the KFC app

I order food online with the KFC app and the food was for my lunch as I was working night shifts and I wanted two hours and after that I was told the Saturn is offline and they cannot refund me they will online refund me after 7 to 14 days I mean it’s a fast food restaurant we buy food when we hungry and I didn’t eat thta day be sue I spend the whole day arguing with KFC customer service and they couldn’t help. Even today as we speak I didn’t receive my money and no one is even bothering time give me a call
