Bad service with KFC

Bad service I've ordered crushers (one of the things KFC is known for) and was not nearly satisfied with it. I got the crushers after waiting for more than 15min and when i got them it was like some kind of watery milk mix with a bit of flavour. I logged a complain more than 3 months ago and no one has ever tried to resolve my problem.. KFC you'll never see me again!!!
