bad service were nothing had been done

The KFC at the Groove keeps on getting the order incorrect. For the last month and a half everytime I complaint the responds was the same as the one that I received from the team leader tonight \ I will speak to the other managers and have a staff meeting". This clear to me that the meeting with the staff did not work for the problem remains. I have asked for a manager and instead the team leader came to talk to me. It doesn't help that they give you a free meal that isn't the same size as the ordered one that had the problem on. The matter has to be correct"
