Bad Service Waiting Half an Hour Desided to leave

Waited in line for half an hour till I desided to leave the drive trough and climb the curb and right along the sideway to go to macdonalds where it was not even 10 secobds when i had my meal and can go home!!!!! Very bad service and when i walked to the window being 2 cars behind i saw 2 ladies sitting and doing nothing but being on their phones! When i asked what is going on they said they are preparing the meals for the car in front.....already waiting half an hour......that explains it all nothing to say anymore, the service is up to no standard and the people who are on service just turned their back to me and just ignored me just like im another difficult client!!!!!
