bad service & very bad quality food

Its been numerous times that I use the drive through at KCF Northmead in Benoni. The time that they take to process your order ranges from 5min-30min. The sign says 24/7 service yet when you come after 22h00 there is one person working and the rest sleeping. The quality of the chicken is disgraceful to say the least and the workers don't even worry. Their attitude is they are doing you as the client a favor to be there and give you food. The service appalling and the Manager is *********** and doesn't know how to manage his staff and time.
