Bad service twice in 1 week

Wow 2day is the 2nd time i went to kfc in 1 week,on the 15th we did not even get our order after waiting an hour,we needed to request alternative arrangement which the couldnt so we had to ask our money back. Today after queing once again for an hour for ice cream which there was only 1 person assisting infront,when getting to the cashier only to hear the ice cream is not ready yet...what a waste of my 1hour lunch...this is terrible service for a company doing fast food,plus you dont even get a sorry from anyone.... Bad bad customer service
