Bad service that costed me my lunch hour

I had place a telephone order with KFC Canal Walk Shell at 12:55. I waited for an for the order but the order was not delivered. I decided to do a follow up call WRT my order and I was told there is no driver to deliver my order because their driver is nowhere to be seen. After speaking to the manager in store, he said he will send somebody to deliver the order to me which was now late because i was only left with 3 minutes to make my way back to the floor. I had to cancel the order and returned to my work floor with an empty stomach. I am so disappointed on the service I had received from the *********** store staff.
