bad service, rude attitudes and poor ppl skills

I have never been so disgusted with the type of service we receive from KFC comaro crossing. It is shocking how rude management, the food packers and the cashiers are. Its been years that we have come here and been receiving this type of service. A while back a delivery guy shouted at me like his kid for taking long to walk down the stairs of our flat, after that I had asked for a certain type of chicken got shouted at by the guy taking my order saying I cannot demand the type of chicken I order as they have their own packing process, we regularly get the wrong order as well as short orders, we get orders incorrectly processed and the cashiers shouting at and being rude at us including the manager for \us ordering incorrectly"meanwhile it was their processing that's incorrect! I can go on and on with my complaints about them. The newest being that I came to purchase 3 things and proceeded to pay with a R100 note that was slightly torn in the cnr. I didn't think it would an issue but the cashier said that the manager said it was unacceptable so I asked her to call the manager who told me she couldn't help me and if I don't have money I need to go...
