bad service rude

the grove kfc , went there on 1 May said they cleaning tried again on 2nd a female was running in and out the shop with bags, number that is the landline given by manager does not get answered stay 16 km away from kfc when i asked the lady for help her comment was to bad so sad that you had to drive so far. Will never support them will post this everywhere i can
