bad service repeating

Third time around 23:10 time of day standing in a extremly long drive trough que and asking to wait 20 minutes for orders as it is adrive trough service while staff is eating ice cream outside obviously not a full staff unit doing what is supposed to be done, its after hours so who give a **** here, standing in a que for 40min what to do?????? Extremely poorly and no worry service that shows where this country is going that not even service is loooked after, just close the drive trough it serve NO PURPOSE!!!!!! Then the staff at collection tell us 4 cars before us had to wait 20 minutes for a order so everyone had to wait!!'<br>
