Bad Service received

I had really bad service today at KFC Park Station.

I ordered a Dunked twist box and I waited for about 20 munites to get my food while I was waiting I asked if I can use any of their restrooms I was told I must use the ones at Park Station without any explanation or what so ever. While at it I then received my order, when I was ready to eat I reckon my order is wrong, I stood up and went to the Cashier Busisiwe and told her about it then she took it to the back and gave it to who ever was cooking. Then I received the same order with a burnt twist with the same chips and nuggets.

The Manager did not bother to come and apologies about the inconvenience caused and they did not try and make atleast the new order to say sorry for the inconvenience. I'm really not happy about the service received and that if coming in to dine in a restaurant you are not offered restrooms.
