Bad service received

i called the call centre around 10am on *** and placed an order, the agent advised me that the order will be delivered around 10:50 to 11:00 but i waited since then, kept on calling the call centre confirming if the driver is still coming, they only called back after ive called several times, i have 2 pregnant ladies in this office waiting for food, this is not on! the least they could do is to advise us if they wont be able to deliver on time so we can get an alternative.<br> <br> Wendy (who gave her wrong Surname TLMO) who took my order,<br> <br> Nathi ***( manager) who checked where the driver was and provided the feedback.<br> <br> the order only came after 1pm and it was incorrect, we ended up eating food we never ordered.<br>
