Bad service received
Went to the Hatfield KFC which is a branch that operates 24/7 but gives very bad service at later hours of the night. Waited in the queue for about half an hour behind just one person waiting to give an order while the person taking orders was busy counting ice cream cones. Ended up walking away a very upset customer with no food. They are very short staffed. Good service is required here especially since its an area filled with students who study till late and tend to get hungry at those late hours.Definitely the worst service and shouldn't be visited at late staff
