Bad service provided by KFC West Coast Mall

Yesterday I visited KFC West Coast Mall to order supper. Our order was placed via the kiosk at 20h00. There were about 5 orders before mine and there were quite a few people waiting for their orders. There was 1 person helping at the counter and all the other staff were at the back. After waiting for 30 minutes with no one's orders being made up or given, I went to find out what the problem was. The cashier advised that they were waiting for chicken. The chicken came out about 5 minutes later and only 2 orders were given. Then the waiting started again as they were waiting for chicken. 20 minutes later some more chicken came out and again 2 small orders were given. We waited for almost an hour without receiving our order. We canceled our order and went across to Mc Donald's where we only waited 10 minutes for our order. I don't understand how you can run a take away restaurant and not have enough chicken to serve the customers at supper time. And this when there is another fast food restaurant just metres away from you
