Bad service poor quality food

Ridiculous, poor, disgusting old tomatoes, incomplete order after going around drive thru twice. Staff no available cashier not available at window. Manager *********** offering free food to deal with complaint. This is not the first time, services this store are a joke. Previously 4 managers called. KFC has a excellent training program my question is why are they not following it. Maybe the area coach should visit the store more or the owner should get someone who can look after his investment.
