Bad service/out of stock issue

At around 20:15 I went to buy food at KFC this Lady whom I'm not quit sure About her Name if it's Alocia/Glocia I asked her for Boxmaster which I always buy for mywife she said iit's out of stock actually all wraps were out of stock I asked her y there isn'ta sign for out of stock then i called my wife for an alternative and she decided to Help other people as if I should have known what was out of stock, when I asked her if I should wait again in the que she said yes and I said it's not my fault that you out of stock she said this is KFC was giving me this attitude in front of her shift supervisor that made me angry more as she did nothing about it I felt so belittled
