Bad service & out of stock

I had a vey bad experience today at a newly renovated KFC in Noordheuwel Krugersdorp. You wil think it looks great now and that the service will be excellent but thats not the case. Went through the drive through to buy brunch at about 11:00am. I ahad to wait at the speaker to place my order because the lady taking my order was busy (which is fine as it was only for about 5min) i gave my order and then had to wait in line as you pay and collect at the same window. When I got to the window, she never placed my order, i had to give it to her again. I asked for tomato sauce and no stock???then we waited for our doft twirl the lady was running up and down searching for cones. But ou of stock??? In summer??? Really??? The KFC looks great but it seems under staff and also you guys need to work on your ordering.. i know it sound stupid to complain about these out of stock's, but whats next? Chicken out of stock? Really the worst service today by far.
