Bad service on food order

I ordered a ten piece and three buckets for one at KFC sasolburg (Collin cres) at the drive thru. We left KFC round about 20h49. Got home just to see theres literally 5 fries in the bucket for one ( I took a picture of it) and our ten piece mostly have wings in it plus the chicken coating is off ( took a picture). I immediately called kfc customer service. The guy I spoke to told me I need to take the chicken back the next day on my own cost. Who buys take aways just for the fun of it? Its not the first time buying from kfc and not getting what we pay for. The chicken was falling apart, there was not a variety of pieces mostly wings with the ten piece. I spoke to Thokozani at customer service (cas -***- P7K3P7). Cashier at kfc was, 45 Nthando order 630. Amount we spend was R478.50
