Bad service on bad service

I had bad service with KFC as I sent my complain to them online (on their survey) I asked to be contacted back but till today no one got back to me only received sms stating they are busy dealing with my queries that was three weeks ago. I cannot believe the flavour of their wings at their branch Cedar Square.
