Bad service no customer service KFC MORULA VIEW COMPLEX

KFC morula view complex has a bad service I am very ****ed, I went to order using drive through then thy told me I am gna hv to wait for 15 minutes for 4 dunked wings and large mash and gravy told them it fine cuz they said 15 min then the *** told me that he will bring my order where I am parking then 15 min passed mind u I ordered at 21H20 then at around 22H00 I decided to go in as no one is cuming I was ****ed whn I went in no one was at the counter whn someone came I asked them to cancel the dunked wings since I hv being waiting cuz of them only to find out that the wings r already out and the guy did not bring them as promised I am so ****ed thy dnt hv customer service at all on top thy gave ppl that buyed after me thier orders 1st while i was the one who orders 1st
