Bad service , lost money and time

First got to the drive thru and there was a lady outside helping us , could not understand the order. Eventually she did and said we should drive to the last window We got to the last window and they told us to park and they would take our order ro the car , Ive waited here for 30 min + then I went back to enquire they told me that they’ve unpacked my order because they couldn’t find the car , this has inconvenienced me and me late
