Bad Service - KFC The Reds

I bought KFC from KFC The Reds yesterday as I do every week. I always specify the sides I would like with the family meal and always ask for thighs and drumsticks. It was never a problem until yesterday. Suddenly, specifying the sides "is no longer allowed". I still asked for thighs and drumsticks which was agreed to, BUT, even though I confirmed three times with different people whether it was thigh and drumsticks they packed, I still got everything accept thighs and drumsticks.

As I've been visiting this particular store for a couple of years now, it is obvious how service levels have dropped and are continuing to drop all the time. I clearly have to either find a different store or find a new favorite fast food.

BTW: I tried to contact KFC via their website but that doesn't work either!
