Bad Service KFC sunward park

Drive threw line at KFC Sunward park was not working so gave KFC benefit of the doubt as the drive threw lady explained i needed to come into shop, which i did. Waiting for service inside the shop was painful, there was 3 customers in the shop i would've maybe understood if the shop was busy and full but it was not. waiting at the counter for 10 Min until i had to call a cashier to help me which they ignored me completely. The first time i had to ask for assistance at a restaurant, if i had to fry my own chicken i would've been allot more satisfied. Bad/worst service experienced.
