Bad Service KFC Protea Heights

I just want to report the issue that just happened now.

I bought bucket for 1 at KFC Protea heights just to find out it has 1 zinger piece missing and when i call the store to inform them about this instead.

Supervisor Nicole rep**** by saying "she packed the bag" so in essence that means I'm lying and created the story to them and it was not the first time
