Bad service KFC Philip Nel

Horrible service from this KFC drive thru. The lady at the first station was rude and unwelcoming as if we were bothering her. I wanted to order a boxmaster and she said she has to check if the toaster is being washed where she took her time while there was a que of cars waiting behind me.

She came back and said that they are washing the toaster so no boxmaster and twister which I don't understand because it is month end and it was busy. I asked to get a juice instead of a fizzy drink understanding that I will pay extra as I have done so before and I was told it was not possible. The manager pushed us to the second window where we were assisted by a lady named Phuti and we received the same bad service.

I am so disappointed with the service to say the least.
