Bad service KFC Oudtshoorn

On the 28/11/2020 @12:32 I bought all in one plus and a snack burger for my daughter Ķfc @Oudtshoorn got home snack burger is not the bag and the bag is poorly pack...chips is all over in the bag and sachets is lying inbtween the other bucket of chips. Went bag to kfc very angry. They took the bag to the back were i could see if it was it a different bag being done or not. So the bag came bag with apoligies, but i was not satisfied cause it was the same bag and it be that the chips that was lying in the bag was just repacked plus they offered me a extra pack of chips which i refused to take...called there client service after the second bad service. Spoke to Gmotso took pics of my slips and the bag and still today 3days later no reply. Plus no manager insite to talk to.Ive work for 15 years in service industry and this is not how you resolve problems
