Bad service kfc mus fall

Had very bad experience at kfc Pelican Park l order food before 17.43 online hour went by didn't receive my food l phone pelican park kfc to ask when will l get my order the lady tell me my order is on its way coz they only have one drive l understand that another hour went by l phone again the phone was put down in my face l got call back from kfc telling me the driver did cancel my order coz he couldn't find my address but my husband was waiting outside for the driver she told me the driver will deliver now again 7.30 came no driver husband still waiting outside l phone again they pick up but put my call on hold l phone again no answer that was about 19.45 and they close at 20.00 l phone again they pick up l spoke to the manager l told l l want my money back immediately coz l can't wait so long for food l was in bed already and see that the driver cancel my order why wasn't l refunded then l got angry coz she don't act like manger she is not making effort to help me she is like you can talk l don't care then she puts the phone down in my ears l got out of my bed and walk to kfc l got ther and ask who did l speak to then she said it's me I'm the manager what's the problem and l tell she knows what's going on coz l phone the whole time l told her l want my money refunded see that she can't help me she with her staff standing ther laughing at me yor l was so passed off then they still hating attitudes wher is the customer service l didn't see one colored staff at the back off the counter she told me l mus phone customer care l ask her why mus l phone l already waisted alot off airtime on them while standing ther another customer had same problem l was on phone with the online drivers customer care but no help still what is happening and it's not 1st time if the chicken is not old it's raw or the customers mus stand and wait forever till they decide to help
