Bad Service KFC Meadowpoint

I am currently at KFC in Meadowlands and I am assisted by Seipone, orders are filled on the counter when the order has been said to be ready. It has been on the counter for over 5 minutes and when I asked her about the order she just looked at me and continued to work with out even acknowledge that she heard me. Please fix this
