Bad service KFC Mall of the North Limpopo

Waiting in line at the drive thru New Years day we waited for almost an hour to get to the order window even though there were only 5 cars ahead of us. Getting to the order window we ordered a p piece, 2 all star burger meals and 1 sweet chillie twister only to be told they have one piece of chicken fillet - choose what you want 1 burger or one twister. After standing in queue for so long and then for them screaming to each other through the open window inside the KFC and then tell you no chicken? Surely they could assest the situation and closed the drive-tru if they new they ran out of chicken fillets? Behind us was a lot of cars so they let you wait and drive up to the window and THEN tell you no chicken. Also the level of professionalism as how you work with customers was really BAD. KFC Mall of the North will never see me again
