Bad service kfc karenpark

KFC karenpark is always *********** when it comes to service. I never went there and got assisted on time, there is always delay of something. Today I had to wait for my order for two hours and no one from the shop called to let me know what is happening. I had to call and call the call centre and finish my airtime. I am never impressed with their service. I ordered at 7:30 got order at 21:10
