Bad service KFC Jabulani mall

KFC Jabulani mall I am appalled by your service, my husband and I placed an order at 9:41pm on the 4/4/2019,we ordered two all stax box meals, Tsholofelo , the lady who took our order told us there are no chicken fillets to make the burgers, to our surprise, the lady who was preparing our meals at the back told Tsholofelo that there are two fillets left, she ignored her...4 customers found us and left us there, when we started complaining, the manager came to make our meal, this was after a full 20minutes of waiting , we only got our order at 10:03pm, Tsholofelo didn't even have the decency to apologize for her service.

I am never going to buy anything at KFC and my family and friends will follow suite
