Bad service kfc hemmingways east london

Visited KFC Hemmingways branch this afternoon and ordered a KFC MAX, when I was collecting my order I asked the lady if the coke she just poured was mine and with a very dismissal YES she responded.. I further asked if do I not choose which drink I want and she said it comes with a coke! Got to my destination and upon opening my order the fries are definitely not for a Max order but in a small white packet and they are cold and dry!
