Bad service kfc Eyethu mall Orange farm

I’ve been complaining about service of kfc Eyethu mall Orange farm , last time I ordered through Mr D and all the pieces were half cooked , I emailed their customer service they were able to solve the matter , now second time on Sunday I ordered again through mr d , and some of the pieces were missing as it is a normal thing for customers to be ****** of their pieces , it happens to me I order 3 street wise 3 separate boxes but all boxes it was the same case , I called the store they said we will deliver by 12:23 , to 3 after I called again to check the supervisor acted shocked , the level of customer service in kfc Orange farm it’s disappointing, I know their employees have that stinky attitude they’ll be laughing discussing about the complaints making it a joke as usual. I’ll never buy at kfc again I’m so sorry , now their customer see says I should escalate this matter to mr d
