Bad Service KFC Edenglen

Good day

We ordered food at 10:30. I called the call centre twice. They dropped the calls both times and cant even call back.

It's now 11:52 no food.

I drove to the KFC. Our food has been standing on the counter for almost 1 hour. The lady showed me.

The shop is dirty and under staffed. Unacceptable. If you would like to see photos please let me know.
