Bad service KFC Diepkloof

I went KFC Diepkloof, I waited tor 30 minutes, ok no problem it's month end, when I got to the window "order here" people where knocking off and and I didn't have a problem with that, it was 11pm, only to realize that no is coming, sharp I moved to the collect window, I was told that I need to order here, no problem with that, then I told them that I need a box master fully loaded, I was told that they don't have, I asked them but on the menu it's there, I was not going to wait in this queue if what I want was not on the menu, the other guy told me that he just started the shift and he don't know whats happening, I asked for a manager, his name is mhlekazi, he told me that they don't have a fully loaded box master, so I asked him what must I do, he told me that he don't know, I said to him I'm hungry, then he told me that he will make a full box master but with no fillert, ok I agreed because there was a long queue behind me. All I can say is that wow is it how we are treated in soweto? Different service as compared to the North, is everyone taking advantage of us, I'm so disappointed with KFC, are you guys not supposed to treat everyone the same. I spent R160 and did not enjoy my food, I was given something I don't want because I didn't have a choice. Wow. Thank you KFC if this is how you treat your customers based on where you come from.
