Bad service KFC delivery and in store

Pathetic service at KFC the palms order placed at 18:45 order had to delivered 30-40 mins later, 2 hours later nothing at all I had to drive out to collect my own order and was met with a sour and non helpful manger named Lathirah Mulodzi at KFC the Palms Pretoria West this was really poor service from KFC and what made it worst the advised me they cant get a hold of the driver who took my order out for delivery i waited in store for 30 minutes whilst they tried to get a hold of the 1 and only drive they have available its really said that the KFC has only one bike to deliver in such a big area, i am a proud ***** of the KFC brand but this experience was really bottom of the barrel service .

To add on the cherry of this whole charade was when u was standing in the store called the call centre and was advised the connecting me to the store manager and guess what the feedback was from the call centre they cant get a hold of the manager at the store but the manager was standing in front of me with phone in hand on no call really bad service KFC.
