Bad service - KFC Crown Mines

Honestly, KFC is the worst when it comes to customer service and the worst because even when people complain, KFC doesn’t respond or contact disgruntled customers

Yesterday went to KFC Crown Mines with my mother, went through the drive thru, when we got to the window to pay, the Speed point, decide to act up, how convenient, then was told to go inside and pay… had to wait in the queue again, like that wasn’t annoying enough, when it was my turn.. the lady in front took her sweet time, trying to process the order.. I just left, your staff doesn’t care for customer service, and that is bad for business

I am going to post this on Hellopeter.com, so that people can see that KFC doesn’t care about customer service, they are not bothered.. the service left so much to be desired
