Bad service KFC commercial Port Elizabeth

27 November ordered a sweet chilly wrap and a strawberry milkshake on the menu from KFC using the Uber eat app Later got message from KFC to inform me the milkshake no longer available I message back that KFC can swop with a Coke Long story short , wen delivery arived , the milkshake was charged and so I sent the Coke back I only paid for the wrap Wen I tried to use the app again I found that I first have to pay KFC the amount of R35 before I can order again I phoned KFC numerous times , always spoke to the menager on duty , unfortunately the managers made promises ......but my app still shows that I owe KFC R35 .......
