Bad service KFC COASTLANDS

I bought a 17 piece meal , 4 hot wings, nuggets , pops and 5 mini loafs yesterday. I got home and there was no mini loads. Called the call centre as the store did not answer. The call centre advised that they will send a voucher to me which they did not I had to call them again today and they told me to go into the store for my money back or the loads. This is very bad service as I had guests and did not have bread and I was highly embarrassed also I now needed to follow up with them.
