BAD service KFC centurion

I am extremley upset about the service from KFC centurion mall, I placed an order via uber eats KFC, Centurion Order #8D804. my food was cold and my drink was not placed, advised the driver and he told me to escalate the matter with kfc directly. contacted the site spoke to Lebogang from KFC centurion whom was rude and told me that they forgot to add my drink advised me that he will send the driver back I waited for 1 hour for the driver and no driver came through and i did not receive any form of communication. I always order online from kfc and service is always kaak, if the food is not cold they leave behind the condiments, straws and s****s. Up to this day i'm still waiting for Lebohang to get back too me, **** service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
