Bad service KFC Botshabelo

I waited over an hour for my order at KFC Botshabelo on the 23rd September 2023, people that came after were given their orders and to make it worse, order 369 which the lady ordered two 9 piece meals, was given her order by cashier Masanki, who went to back to pack it, claiming that she's the one that had assisted the customer. How is it any fair that all others had to wait? Managers were sitting in the office, doing nothing about the chaotic situation in the lobby. Why would they schedule only one packer during peak hours?
