BAD SERVICE KFC

It's not the first time this has happend when going through the kfc drive through on William Moffett in Port Elizabeth when they are running a promotion where you get 5 original pieces of chicken and 5 pieces of the hot and crispy for R130 and they don't have stock at 10pm at night.I asked the manager can they substitute the 5 hot and crispy chicken for the normal recipe and the manager andile said he can't do that for me because he only has 4 pieces of chicken that was ready or I would have to wait 20min out of my time for chicken because the franchise is not prepared at the time.The biggest joke was the fact that there were other cars behind me in the q.I then went over to their competitors which is Macdonalds and got my burgers which I wasn't planning on having for dinner and while waiting in the drive through you can clearly see the drive through of the kfc on the opposite side and the cars are getting their orders and leaving I think the the manager of that store needs to go for training regarding on how to deal with situations as the one I had to go through and I feel as if he bluffed me to save on costings and he didn't want to Assist my request in anyway and this is not the first time that I have been to this specific store and they don't have chicken it is ridiculous and I will never be returning to that store
