Bad Service - KFC

The KFC in Gardens, Cape Town, is very bad at customer service. <br> <br> The lines are long and they put trainee staff alone in front who are clearly not ready to serve customers.<br> <br> Waiting time, just to be helped, can take up to 10 minutes as there are no clear system. Once you order is placed, for me it was a Twister MEAL, I waited 5 minutes and the order was wrong. No Chips was even given, nothing was communicated properly.<br> <br> Disappointed and will not return.
