Bad service incorrect food and bad food

Good day i hope all is well today im seeking for your help. So today i odered food from KFC Maponya mall via MrD, i ordered 2 zingar box meal that consists of A zingar burger, chips, coke zero/no sugar for which is for Free it comes with a meal, mash and gravey and one piece of chicken, i change the coke to a normal coke which required R2 then added extra cheese for R5. When i open my meal i found that the coke is sugar Free/no sugar and my burger had no cheese in it the food tasted very very bad. Im seeking assistance cause i did not eat the food and i wasted my money. Please assist cause i wrote them an email they yet to respond.
