Bad service, GROSS food

Barberton KFC Not the first bad experience we have had, but with not much options in Barberton after a while AND LOTS of complaints we hope it's better and try again, but NO. From rude, unhelpful staff to horrible food. We saw a fb adverti*****t on Sunday special for 9 piece bucket for R99 but when we arrived the person taking orders said that is NOT available ANY more, confused as we just saw the adverti*****t on fb we could not find said adverti*****t so we had to pay the full R125. On arrival att next window to pick up the food its said "you have to order online for that special" immediately i said well if the lady then att order window said that we could have done so but now it's paid for what can i do. Got home to eat, chicken is dry, tastes old and the supposed to be tasty outside layer is just gross, tick of flour more than anything. So over this KFC and the arrogant unhelpful staff, horrible food & the fact that there is NOTHING done about the countless complaints
